Pricing questions
Is it really one payment?
Yes. $19 unlocks one seating plan for good. There is no subscription and nothing renews. You can keep changing the plan and downloading fresh PDFs until the wedding day.
Can I try it before I pay?
Everything except AI seating and the downloads is free, with no time limit. Import your guests, build the floor plan, seat everyone and preview all six printed pieces on screen. Pay only when you are ready to print.
Does my partner or planner need to pay too?
No. The payment unlocks the plan itself, so everyone you share it with works on the same unlocked plan.
We have two events. Do we pay twice?
Each seating plan is unlocked on its own. If the rehearsal dinner needs its own chart and cards, that is a second plan. Planners and venues with many weddings can write to us about a better deal.
How can I pay?
By card or PayPal, through a secure checkout run by our payment partner Freemius, who handles the payment and any sales tax or VAT. We never see your card details.
What if I change my mind?
Ask for a refund within 14 days of paying and you get your money back, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Do you print and ship the cards?
Not yet. You get print-ready PDFs: print them at home, or send the print-shop versions (with bleed) to any local printer or online print service.
