Couples and plus-ones
A plus-one is linked to the guest who brings them. Linked guests always sit at the same table, next to each other when possible, both when you seat people by hand and when AI arranges the room.
If you do not know a plus-one's name yet, leave it empty. The seating chart and escort cards then say "Emily Carter & Guest", and the place card says "Guest". When you learn the name, type it into the guest list and every printed piece updates.
The word "Guest" can be changed in the print pack options, for example to "Gost" or "Invité" for another language.
Couples on one line
On the seating chart you can print couples as one line, like "Emma & James Reid". It saves space on a busy chart. Turn it on under Print pack, Seating chart, Advanced, Couples on one line.
Children
Tick Child in the guest list, or import a Child column (yes, 1, or an age under 16). Children matter for AI rules like "Kids next to parents" or "Put all children at table 12". A Kids menu meal gets its own star icon on the cards.
